John W. Trimble, Jr.By being so willing to engage in litigation, John Trimble has won his clients more fair and just judgments and settlements than they might have gotten elsewhere. He has represented plaintiffs in personal injury, class actions, consumer fraud, and criminal and municipal court cases for more than 20 years. Possessing the combined abilities of a sharp litigator and a tough negotiator, John Trimble is certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney, a designation granted only to those who demonstrate a sufficient level of experience, knowledge, education, and skill in civil trial practices. His selection as a New Jersey Super Lawyer in the practice areas of class action/mass torts, business litigation, and personal injury, reflected the respect he has earned from peer attorneys. John Trimble is licensed in New Jersey Superior Court, the Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas, and Federal Court and the Supreme Court of the United States of America. John Trimble is also an active community member, coaching youth lacrosse in Monroe Township. John Trimble resides with his wife, Cathy, and four children in Williamstown, NJ. His interests, other than fighting for his clients, includes coaching and mentoring, hunting, fishing and spending time with his family.
Katrina M. Register
Katrina M. Register (formerly “Geary”), Esquire has been a member of Trimble & Register since 2009. Katrina joined the firm as an associate attorney in 2011. Her practice is concentrated on areas of Complex Civil Litigation, Consumer Fraud, Business Disputes, Education Law, Personal Injury, Family Law and Municipal Law.
Katrina was born in Voorhees, New Jersey and raised in Hammonton/Winslow Township, New Jersey. In 2004, Katrina moved to Ohio and worked part-time as a licensed optician, paralegal and correctional officer throughout college. In 2008, Katrina graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice.
During the Summer of 2009, Katrina completed an legal internship program at the New Jersey Office of the Governor, Trenton, NJ. She conducted a comparative analysis of New Jersey statutes and similar Pennsylvania, Delaware, New York and Maine statutes and prepared research proposals in an effort to increase revenue for the Governor’s Commission on the Horse Racing Industry.
While in law school and working for Trimble & Register, Katrina taught courses in Criminal law and Constitutional law to numerous inner city Camden high schools and Juvenile detention centers in Burlington County. During Katrina’s third year of law school, she provided legal representation to children in juvenile court hearings pursuant to NJ Practice Rule 1:21-3.
Katrina also researched South African Constitutional Law with an emphasis on the South African Juvenile Justice System. Prior to graduating, Katrina had the opportunity visit South Africa. She attended the Constitutional Court of South Africa in Johannesburg, visited Kruger National Park, Cape of Good Hope and Robben Island along with climb Table Mountain in Cape Town.
In 2011, Katrina received her Juris Doctor from the Rutgers School of Law-Camden where she earned an award for her service and recognition for 40+ hours of pro bono commitment.
Currently, Katrina resides with her husband, Brandon, and two children in Camden County, NJ. When Katrina is not writing legal briefs and advocating for her clients, Katrina and Brandon spend time with their children and four-legged companions, two dogs and horse. Katrina enjoys the beach, horseback riding, hiking, traveling and spending time with family. Katrina is active in her community and church as well as volunteers her time to mentor young adults in pursuing higher education.
Keith R. Trimble
Keith R. Trimble, Esquire, Associate Attorney, has been a member of Trimble & Register since 2011. Keith’s practice is concentrated on areas of Complex Civil Litigation, Personal Injury, Workers’ Compensation, Commercial Litigation, Family Law, Bankruptcy, Wills and Estate Matters, Municipal Government and Municipal Court. Keith assists his client to receive the best outcome possible and is not afraid to take his client’s case to trial to receive that outcome.
Keith graduated from Williamstown High School and then received his B.A. from Rowan University in Glassboro, New Jersey. During his time at Rowan University, Keith interned for several South Jersey State Legislators. Keith assisted the legislative office in handling constituent complaints and helped with community outreach programs. After college, Keith was employed by a restaurant group, opening and operating several new businesses in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, New York City, and Delaware.
Deciding to further his education, Keith attended Rutgers School of Law in 2011. During law school, Keith interned for the Honorable Timothy W. Chell, J.S.C. at the Gloucester County Superior Court, Chancery Division, Family-Part. Keith assisted Judge Chell and his staff with legal research and drafting legal memorandums for the family law matters before the Court. Keith received his Juris Doctor from Rutgers School of Law a semester early in January 2014, graduating with honors. Keith is a member of Phi Delta Phi, National Honors Society, Harding Inn.
Keith currently resides in Washington Township, New Jersey. Keith is an active member of the Washington Chamber of Commerce working to support local business in his community. Keith enjoys fishing at Bells Lake in Washington Township, golfing, and spending time with his family, close friends and dog Maddi.
